WEEKLY TRAINING CLASSES

  • YOGA

    Our instructor will organize the session to suit your level. The yoga session will vary slightly from time to time, but will primarily be based on your wishes.

    Tuesday:

    Deep stretches, traditional yoga elements and breathing.

    Wednesday:

    Yin yoga.

  • CIRCUIT TRAINING

    This training focuses on strengthening the muscles and at the same time getting an all round training where both fitness and functional exercises are included.

  • INDOOR CYCLING

    Spinning is a well-known form of exercise. We have upgraded the experience. You get a cycling training that resembles reality, with the option of adjusting it to suit your level. You can participate with cycling shoes (look keo) pedals, normal trainers or alternative we can change to your own pedals.

  • Personal Trainer (Own Payment)

    Arthur is a state-recognised physical trainer, he offers personal training in HUB 1. Arthur caters for all levels.
