WEEKLY TRAINING CLASSES

YOGA
Our instructor will organize the session to suit your level. The yoga session will vary slightly from time to time, but will primarily be based on your wishes.
Tuesday:
Deep stretches, traditional yoga elements and breathing.
Wednesday:
Yin yoga.

CIRCUIT TRAINING
This training focuses on strengthening the muscles and at the same time getting an all round training where both fitness and functional exercises are included.

INDOOR CYCLING
Spinning is a well-known form of exercise. We have upgraded the experience. You get a cycling training that resembles reality, with the option of adjusting it to suit your level. You can participate with cycling shoes (look keo) pedals, normal trainers or alternative we can change to your own pedals.

NO SWEAT STRENGHT
During the camp 3 weeks - 3 kilo, from January 13-January 31 every Tuesday at lunch - we build a stronger and more mobile body - without the need to change your clothing or hit the shower afterwards.

Arthur is a state-recognised physical trainer, he offers personal training in HUB 1. Arthur caters for all levels. As a newbie to training, Arthur ensures that you learn proper technique in conjunction with increasing your overall strength. After completing the course, you will be self-driving and able to take care of your own training in an appropriate way. Arthur also has extensive experience with elite athletes and can therefore take well-trained athletes to the next level.
